POLICIES


APPOINTMENTS

We welcome and accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, but recommend that appointments be scheduled and reserved in advance. Regular clients may book on line. New clients are required to pay a $50/Service deposit when booking their initial appointment. This fee will be applied to any/all charges on the day of initial services. New clients may reschedule their appointment one time with no less than 24 hours notice, but must give no less than 48 hours notice for refund of deposit. Any rescheduling or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. First time clients must call the salon directly to book/cancel their initial appointment and cannot book online.

CANCELLATIONS

We require no less than 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a charge that is 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service cost. New clients must give no less than 48 hours notice to cancel.

OUR GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please let the salon know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

GRATUITIES
